My rates depend on factors such as:


- Specific requirements of the project - such as travel, interviews and research

- Scalability - the likelihood that the requirements of the project may change over time

- Your long-term goals - what you plan to achieve 

- Feasibility  - how factors such as your competors, sector growth and economic trends could affect your business strategy

- The timeline - the deadline for completing the project


My fees are very competitive and are at the lower end of the scale recommended by the Professional Copywriters' Network.


A typical day rate could be anywhere from £250 to £500, depending on the client. This includes revisions, if required, and final proofreading checks.


As a general guide:


Landing pages: £250 per 1,000 words

Blog posts: £75 per 500 words

Product descriptions: £15 per 100 words

Magazine articles: £300 per 1,000 words

Copy-editing £50 per 1,000 words

Proofreading: £20 per 1,000 words


 For new clients, I ask for a 50% deposit before beginning a project. I also offer a reduced rate for charities
